Plaintiff-Yeager, an employee of defendant, Firestone Tire & Rubber Company in Des Moines, was awarded workmens compensation by the industrial commissioner for disability resulting from an injury in the course of his employment. The deputy commissioner as sole arbitrator found the disability was permanent in nature but partial in extent, to the amount of 40%, and made an award on this basis.
